Fundraising helps us ensure we can keep providing life-changing care and continue to help the homeless; adults, young people, armed forces veterans and those with learning disabilities.
Our fantastic supporters across the UK put on all kinds of activities, from quiz nights to raffles, auctions to walks and marathons, cycle rides and have even rowed across the Atlantic on our behalf. Whatever you do, no matter how creative we’re keen to support you every step of the way.
I'm ready to Pay In my fundraisingFundraise in my Community

Working together with our local communities – churches, schools, youth groups, Rotaries, Mothers’ Union or Men’s Breakfast club – enables us to provide so much more support than would otherwise be possible.
Whatever your interests or age, there are so many ways to get involved!
Fundraise in my Faith Group

Come together with your congregation to fundraise and help support people experiencing homelessness.
Faith support is a key element of who we are as a charity – we started from a worshipping community and continue to receive generous donations from churches and congregations.
Fundraise at my Celebration

An easy way to support Alabaré is by collecting for us as part of your celebration, whether birthday, wedding or something else!
Instead of a gift, or as another option, why not suggest friends and family make a donation to Alabaré to show their support of this cause which is important to you.
Take on a Challenge

Whether you are a skydiver, a trekker, a rower or a runner, we have something for you! If you can’t find what you are looking for, give us a call and we will see how we can support you in your chosen challenge!
We also have a wide range of Alabaré events to get involved in, from Big Sleeps, to fun runs, talks and quizzes – take a look.

Organise my own Event
Can you bake? Do you love a quiz? Are you a member of a choir? Do you fancy a few hours without speaking? Would you organise an event in your local community for us?
We receive wonderful support from individuals in our local communities. If you are struggling to come up with an idea of what you can do, how about trying one of these:
- Organise a Bake Sale in your workplace or community space
- Hold a Lent lunch during the weeks before Easter or an Advent Supper before Christmas
- Host a quiz yourself, or perhaps a local pub would agree to give the proceeds of their regular quiz to Alabaré. Write your own questions or we have questions that you could use
- Would your choir donate the proceeds of a concert to Alabaré?
- World Homeless Day falls on 10th October each year. Could you hold an event to mark this important date?
Once you have decided what you would like to do for us, drop us a line at supportercare@alabare.co.uk and we will see how we can support you. We can send leaflets and other information as well as collecting tins and QR codes.
