How to make a complaint to Alabaré
We want to provide the best service possible, but sometimes we may not get it right. Our complaints process is open to anyone who receives a service from us or who is affected by our decisions or actions. We are here to help and want to make sure we learn from our mistakes. If you’re not happy about something, please let us know.
We take complaints very seriously, and use them to improve our service. You can register a complaint with any Alabaré staff member in person, by email, telephone, fax or text, in writing, through the contact form on our website, or by filling in our complaints form and returning it to us.
You are welcome to ask an Advocate to represent you, or we can arrange for you to have support.
If you are unhappy with the result of your appeal you can contact the Charities Commission at: www.charitiescommission.gov.uk or by calling them on 0845 300 0218.
You can learn more about how to make a complaint by reading our Complaints leaflet.
