Whether you are a client, staff member or volunteer with Alabaré you can rest assured that there are many courses available to develop your skills and knowledge.
We offer a wide variety of e-learning modules for our teams through our Learning Management System, My Learning Cloud.
Our Alabaré Training Academy builds our belief that education and training are essential within the support pathways we provide to help every client successfully manage their own future tenancies and positive lifestyles. We want to create a positive learning environment and help our clients reduce and overcome any barriers that they face in finding future employment.
At Alabaré, we love nothing more than to help individuals pursue their goals through training, education, employment and the development of hobbies.
Like to benefit from some employability support?
Our team will spend time with you to understand what your job aspirations are. They will then help you develop your CV, give you the chance to practice interview techniques, as well as helping to link you up with other education providers were this is one of your goals. We aim to give you the tools and experience you need to help you gain employment, improve your confidence and help you prepare for managing your own tenancy and monthly budget when you leave us.
