We want you to love your artwork. Every purchase helps support our charitable work, and many pieces are unique or produced in limited quantities. We aim to keep our returns process simple, fair, and transparent.
Your Rights (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you’ve told us you wish to cancel
- We will refund the item cost and the standard delivery charge (if applicable)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Returns
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- We will offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund, including return postage
Change of Mind
If you change your mind:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the item within 14 days of notifying us
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit
You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- This is usually within 5–10 working days after processing
- We may make a deduction if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Exchanges
Each artwork is one-of-a-kind, so exchanges is not possible.

As a charity, every purchase directly supports our work. While we aim to be flexible, we encourage thoughtful purchasing to maximise the positive impact of each sale.
