We’re delighted to announce that an additional £300,000 has been awarded to Alabaré to continue its work supporting homeless veterans in England and Wales, as part of the Reducing Veteran Homelessness (RVH) programme.
When Bryn first came to Alabaré, he was at his lowest point. A veteran who had served in the RAF Regiment for 14 years, Bryn found himself homeless after a breakdown in his relationship and sleeping rough.
Last week, Bangor University warmly welcomed veterans from Alabaré Homes for Veterans in North and South Wales to delve into their archaeological activities.

At Alabaré we are providing support for Welsh veterans who have struggled, or been homeless since leaving the Services.
In June, we proudly joined Op FORTITUDE as partners, allowing us to expand our reach and offer assistance to even more veterans in need. Since this partnership began, we have seen a significant increase in referrals.
