We are excited to part of a new mental health partnership, working together to deliver community mental health services in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire. The Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership will deliver services from 1st April 2025.
Through the generosity, kindness, and dedication of our volunteer community we can support homeless adults, young people, veterans, and those with learning disabilities – helping them to rebuild their lives and lead a fulfilling life
