I have taken part in a couple of challenges with Discover Adventure – you certainly feel you are leaving your comfort zone, but I always felt safe and secure with the DA Team around me. You definitely gain a fresh perspective on life when you arrive back home which stays with you long after the rucksack has been unpacked.
