Young People's Supported Housing

Young People's Supported Housing

tel: 01380 829669

At Eden House in Trowbridge we provide housing for three young people, supporting them to move onto independent living.

When you arrive you'll be introduced to your key worker, who will work with you to create a support plan based on your needs, and then meet with you regularly during your stay.  Our staff can also help you to access other agencies, where necessary. You can stay in the home for up to two years: during this time we will support you to gain confidence and learn the skills you need to move on to your own accommodation.

The home has three bedrooms, a residents lounge and kitchen for shared use.  It’s close to Trowbridge town centre where there is a leisure centre, shopping centre and a college.

We provide in-house training for residents through our Home & Money and Ready 2 Move tenancy training; and there are opportunities for training through local Learn Direct centres and colleges.

We accept referrals for Trowbridge Supported Housing via Wiltshire Council Homeless Team.  If you are aged 16-25 and think we can help you, please get in touch, or download a copy of our information sheet.
